HOW TO RENT

RENTING FROM FLOWER QUEENS IS EASY

  1. Choose your reservation date and time for drop off and pick up from our calendar and “Apply”. All rental durations are 1 day.

  2. Select your products, and add to “Cart”.

    • Minimum rental purchase amount of $500.

  3. When you have selected all rental items, proceed to the “Checkout”.

  4. You can sign-in or continue the booking as a Guest.

  5. Event location and Billing address are mandatory fields. We will be contacting your event venue to ensure insurance has been taken care of.

  6. Please read and accept the Rental Contract Terms and Agreements.

  7. Continue to Payment.

Checkout

We offer 2 payment options:

  • All the payment is due up front; or

  • You can reserve your date and rental items with a 50% deposit, with the remainder due 30 days before your event.

All orders include delivery, setup, and pickup, with a pickup time of no later than 9:00 PM, and delivery within 20 miles of our Scottsdale, AZ warehouse is free of charge.

Pickups past 9:00 PM will incur a separate fee, which can be found on the Terms and Agreements page. 

Please email us and we can give you a quote for delivery outside the 20-mile radius.  If your event location exceeds 20 miles, we charge $1/mile. Not to exceed 75 miles total.

Price is for 1 setup/location only. The price you pay is for our installers and/or florist to set this item up one time, at one location. Additional fees will apply if the desired rental item is to be moved from the ceremony to the reception, or anywhere else. If you need any item moved from the ceremony to the reception, or anywhere else, an additional moving and setup fee will be charged. 

Our arches, arbors, pillars, and backdrops are very large and may have to be dissembled, which requires our movers and/or florist to stay onsite through the ceremony and move to the desired spot after it is over, set it up again, and/or for our florist to arrange the florals again. Due to insurance reasons, only our team is allowed to move or remove rental items.
